Natural earthquakes are natural earth’s crust. Both outbursts caused by geo-dynamic processes. order to research correlation between earthquake, this manuscript, we took Pingdingshan eastern area as object. The principles disaster prevention, seismology, statistics geophysics were taken basis, both characteristics laws earthquakes, occurrence systematically analyzed division method. At same time, relationship two established. results show that earthquake is accumulation release process elastic properties rock mass, which can induce abnormal emission mines under specific conditions. Especially “weak plane structure” geological structure, more likely lead accidents.
